At Northern Nevada Hypnotherapy, our mission is simple: to help people make real, lasting change by working directly with the most powerful tool they have—their own mind. My name is Brian Woods, and I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist, a veteran of the United States Air Force, and someone who believes that progress doesn’t need to be mystical—it just needs to be intentional.

While I work with a wide range of clients, I specialize in two areas:

1. Veterans and First Responders – If you’ve served in the military, law enforcement, or emergency response, you’ve likely experienced things most people can’t imagine. Hypnotherapy can help you manage stress, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and regain control—without judgment and without having to retell your entire story. I’ve been there, and I created this practice to serve those who serve.

2. High Performers – Whether you’re an executive, athlete, creative professional, or entrepreneur, you already know how to push yourself. But when you're stuck, burned out, or feel like you’ve hit a ceiling, hypnotherapy can help clear mental blocks, improve focus, and reconnect you with your drive. You don’t need another pep talk—you need real tools that work from the inside out.

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom, so you can work with me from wherever you’re most comfortable.
