Performance Hypnosis in Reno
You've trained your body. Now train the part that decides how you perform on the day.
Every athlete and performer knows the gap between practice and the moment that counts. On race day, at a big game, on stage, or in a presentation, nerves, self-doubt, or a single mistake can undo months of preparation. The physical ability is there. The mental game is what slips.
Performance hypnosis works on that mental game. Through focused relaxation and vivid mental rehearsal, you train your mind to stay calm under pressure, hold focus, recover quickly from setbacks, and carry the confidence you have in training into the moments that matter.
Who this is for
Endurance athletes: triathletes, runners and cyclists working through the hard miles, race-day nerves, or a mental wall
Competitive athletes: golfers, shooters and team-sport players who want sharper focus and consistency
Performers and speakers: musicians, actors and professionals dealing with stage fright or presentation nerves
Anyone with test or audition anxiety who knows the material but freezes under pressure
How it works
Performance work usually fits the 4-session package, built around your next event.
Session 1: Your mental game. We look at your goals, your upcoming events, and where your mind tends to work against you. Your first session builds a calm, focused baseline.
Session 2: Focus and confidence. We strengthen your belief in your preparation and create a mental cue that brings you into focus fast.
Session 3: Mental rehearsal. Under hypnosis, you rehearse your event in vivid detail, including handling the hard moments well.
Session 4: Event-ready. We fine-tune your pre-event routine so your mindset is ready when it counts.
You'll also get a recorded pre-event session / self-hypnosis techniques to use before training and competition.
Common questions
When should I start before an event? Ideally 4–6 weeks before, so the new patterns have time to set in. Shorter timelines can still help.
Can this help with recovering from a bad performance or injury setback? Yes. Letting go of a bad race, game or performance, and rebuilding confidence after it, are common goals.
Is this only for elite athletes? Not at all. Most clients are everyday athletes and professionals who want to perform closer to what they're capable of.
